If you wish to initiate a return, kindly send an email to our customer service at [email protected] to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Once you receive the RMA number, please securely package the item in its original packaging (both opened and unopened items, as well as damaged items upon receipt, are eligible for a refund). Please include your proof of purchase and mail the return to the following address:

Refunds

If you find any of our products unsatisfactory, you may return them to us within 30 days from the date of receipt of your order, and we will provide a full refund of the product price.

If you are dissatisfied with a product and wish to request a refund, please email our customer service at [email protected] to obtain a Refund Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Once you have received the RMA number, securely place the item in its original packaging (whether opened, unopened, or damaged upon receipt) [and include your proof of purchase]. The item must be in the same condition as when you received it. Refunds may take up to 5 business days to be processed once approved. The refund will then appear on your credit card statement, depending on the issuing bank, within 10 business days. In cases of fraud or unauthorized transactions, we will refund the prices of the transactions, including shipping and handling charges. Any additional refunds are at the discretion of the company. We retain the right to refuse refunds to customers who repeatedly request refunds or those who, in our judgment, request refunds in a fraudulent or bad faith manner.
